CONCOURS CHAISE DE CAMPING CHAUFFANTE OLD MILWAUKEE
1. Commanditaire et durée du concours. Le concours chaise de camping chauffante Old Milwaukee (« Concours ») est commandité par les Brasseries Sleeman ltée (« Commanditaire »). Le Concours se déroulera en Colombie-Britannique, en Alberta, en Saskatchewan et en Ontario. Le concours débute à 8 h (HNP) le 4 novembre 2024 et se termine à 23 h 59 (HNP) le 4 janvier 2025.
2. Prix. Il y a trente (30) chaises de camping chauffantes Old Milwaukee Kuma (vad 300 $) à gagner (Colombie-Britannique: 8 prix à gagner, Alberta: 7 prix à gagner, Saskatchewan: 7 prix à gagner, Ontario: 8 prix à gagner). Le prix peut différer de l’image.
3. Chances de gagner. Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre de participations admissibles reçues.
4. Conditions. Le Concours s’adresse aux résidents et résidentes es de la Colombie-Britannique, de l’Alberta, de la Saskatchewan et de l’Ontario en âge de consommer de l’alcool. Le Concours n’est pas ouvert aux employé(es), agents ou représentant(es) du Commanditaire et de toute compagnie, société, fiduciaire ou autre entité juridique contrôlée par ou liée au Commanditaire, leurs agences de promotion, les fournisseurs du Prix, de matériel ou de services en lien avec le concours, aux titulaires de permis d’alcool ainsi que les membres de leur famille immédiate (frères, sœurs, enfants, parents), leur conjoint(e), de même que toutes les personnes avec lesquelles ces personnes sont domiciliées.
Les sociétés provinciales des alcools ne sont aucunement liées à ce Concours et n’assument aucune responsabilité quant à tout ce qui concerne le présent concours.
5. Participation à l’achat d’une caisse spécialement identifiée de vingt-quatre (24) canettes de 355ml de bière Old Milwaukee. Pour participer (« Participation »), remplir et soumettre un formulaire de participation sur le site www.oldmilcontest.ca, en incluant le code NIP d’une caisse de bière Old Milwaukee spécialement identifiée.
6. Mode de participation sans achat. Pour participer au Concours sans procéder à l’achat d’une caisse de bière Old Milwaukee, rédigez, de façon lisible, une lettre manuscrite et originale d’au moins cent (100) mots expliquant pourquoi vous aimeriez gagner le Prix, accompagnée de votre nom, votre adresse (incluant la ville et le code postal), votre âge et votre numéro de téléphone (incluant l’indicatif régional), et faites-la parvenir à « Concours chaise de camping chauffante Old Milwaukee », a/s Les Brasseries Sleeman, 551 Clair Road West, Guelph, ON N1L 0H7. Après validation de la lettre, un code NIP sera envoyé au/à la participant(e) qui pourra le soumettre sur le site du concours. Les participant(es) ne peuvent soumettre qu’une (1) lettre pour la durée du concours, le texte de chaque lettre devant être différent. Les lettres doivent être soumises au plus tard le 4 janvier 2025.
7. Remise des prix. Le tirage s’effectuera le 15 janvier 2025. Un formulaire de réclamation du prix sera envoyé par courriel à l’adresse fournie par les participant(es) sélectionné(es).
8. Acceptation du prix. Le prix doit être accepté tel quel, ne peut être transféré ou échangé contre une somme d’argent ou toute autre substitution, mais le commanditaire se réserve le droit de substituer le Prix, ou toute composante de celui-ci, contre un prix ou une composante du prix de valeur égale ou supérieure si un prix n’est pas disponible pour quelque raison que ce soit.
9. Décisions. Toute décision du Commanditaire ou de ses représentants à l’égard du Concours est finale et sans appel.
10. Indemnisation. Tout(e) Participant(e) ou toute personne tentant de participer au Concours s’engage à tenir indemnes le Commanditaire et toute compagnie, société, ou autre entité juridique contrôlée par ou liée au Commanditaire, leurs agences de promotion, les détaillants participants, les fournisseurs du Prix, du matériel et de services liés au Concours, ainsi que leurs employé(es), agents, représentant(es) et mandataires, à l’encontre de tout dommage que le Participant ou la personne tentant de participer au Concours pourrait subir en raison de sa participation ou tentative de participation au Concours.
11. Erreurs. Tout code NIP comportant ou présentant des erreurs sera annulé.
12. Droit d’annuler, de suspendre ou de modifier. Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit d’annuler, de suspendre ou de modifier le Concours à tout moment, et ce, sans préavis, si un facteur en perturbe le bon déroulement, conformément à ce qui est prévu aux présentes. Sans que soit limitée la portée générale de ce qui précède, le Commanditaire se réserve le droit de mettre fin au Concours en cas d’erreur, notamment dans la production, la distribution ou l’impression, ou à la survenance de tout autre événement donnant lieu à des réclamations dépassant le nombre de Prix prévus aux présents règlements.
13. Lois applicables. Les présents règlements du Concours sont régis par les lois de la Colombie-Britannique et par les lois applicables du Canada.
